As I think about yesterday,
and recall that 10 minutes we had on stage in Singapore Conference Hall,
tears just start trickling down.
Tears, not because of bitterness,
but tears of joy.
Joy that we have put in our all,
Joy that we have done our best.
Joy that we have moved our audience
with our overwhelming emotions and passion put into music.
We know that indeed,
it was truly our best.
We moved Ms Chong to tears,
and touched the hearts of many.
This is what NYCB should be proud of,
that we have put in our very best.
The roads that we've endured together,
the obstacles we've overcame as a band.
The tears we shed,
the cheers we scream,
The joy and passion that radiates out from our hearts,
the true love for music and Nanyang Concert Band.
This is what we are.
We, have come in victory.
